Me , Myself and Me

It is awkward, queer hence difficult to start writing about "myself", knowing that after few lines, I am going to put together words and phrases, forming sentences to praise "myself", and impress my readers in consequences, I'll bloom and gloom like a ripe orange in hilly black forest, like any other, hundred and hundreds in the city. I was born in the month of November 1982 with no silver ring on my index finger but blessed enough having hardworking bureaucratic mother and struggling capitalist father.

I grew very lavishly with abundant winter cloths, designer mufflers and gloves and three wheeled cycle (so called kids cycle), thus, traveling all the rooms and aisle, blowing horns by puffing my mouth and frequent U-Turns as the rooms was space less.

After High School days it was time to decide my future 9-5 activity by selecting college courses. My friends took their choices, I too did that by joining Electrical Engineering. Attending colleges were always good, one can bunk classes, make bike trips to outskirts of city and can enjoy endless unwanted conversation, sitting at nearby coffee houses.

During my last months in College, the biker within me grew and made me form an online biking community in the name of xKmph.com.

After College days I got into our family business and started serving as an Electrical Engineer in our Electrical Construction & Transformer Company. Well few months later I got married with my sweet heart and lived happily thereafter.

Times were good but good times goes by leaving other time as past for the future. :)

I Biker

At the age & edge of fourteen, I got a big two wheeled bicycle, the real one, I rode every narrow caccha lanes and destructed alleys and corners and loops of neighborhood , three to four times a day at very high speed. neighbors often complained my parents, that I ride fast, faster, in the speed of light as a result I might break my legs before I crash.

Like me, my city was and is growing very fast, faster than any other city of our country (our local politicians say so), as I could, see and feel the changes. The Bullock Carts being transferred into three wheeled motor lorries, slow paced man, on suddenly appeared bicycle, one motorcycle into three and fours, tempo less men into hasty animals. This scenario scared me to launch my bicycle from narrow alleys to high traffic highways and at that point the future never stuck my mind to boost me up, that after 7 years, I am to ride on few of the most dangerous, sophisticated and beautiful hill top road and routes of the world.

Time pass by, my legs, my thighs, hands, limbs grew to form me a handsome bony creature and my bicycle didn't really suit my features. Change was needed one day, many days later, I, brought home a brand new, Kawasaki Bajaj Caliber, just heavy enough to carry, that wasn't required.

The keyword being "Riding", may it be accompanied with motor or not, but in normal terms motorcycling is always preferable, you can travel miles without losing a single calorie, hence pleasurable.

After years, that years monsoon, like many years, arrival of monsoon is knocked by a storm, nothing very special, but that year, I was among the many participants in row and column in "High School ATLAS Cycling Race", after seconds whistle blew, me was the first on e to touch the other end, I was photographed, my clicks from every lurk angle and honored by the Principal of our school.

Later on after College I formed an online Motorcycle Community, xKmph.com . After that I met many bikers across India with different interest and my Intrest grew 10 folds. From then onwards I have travelled alot on my motorcycle covering hundreds of miles to get the plkeaeure of motorcycle riding.

I have ridden on the roads of Bhutan, Nepal and ofcource various parts of India, taking me through different landscapes and weather.

Hoping to do some Big Road Trips in future if time allows :( .

I Photographer

I was not very passionate about camera, than photographs. Photographs work as memento, and keeps your belongings concealed and safe. In Camera, the thing appealed me was the magical mechanics, that worked to snap out a photograph rather than the fashionable feel of holding the camera, working out with the manual switches and lenses and aperture and depth of field, but the thing is reversed now.

Since my interest in Motorcycling increased, I started travelling alot on my dear bike through various landscapes and the beauty of them made me capture them in my camera. I started to increase my knowledge in photography so that I can show the beauty to my readers and friends.

Now I wanted to look more fashionable with the camera in hand and being more productive / creative with the use of manual switches and lenses. But the view on photograph that was then is just extended, now to few more lines. Now I look to fulfill art, glamor and requirements. Photography is a modern times ART, full of electronic circuits, hence not very time consuming. Just having a sound mind, mastering techniques, one can snap beautiful landscapes, portraits and still lifes.

ART to me is creative skill or imaginative activity focusing on NATURALISM and REALISM than being focused on suffocating human made confusions and tangled theories and ideologies.

I Web Designer

I loved web designing from my early College days and designed many websites for some web designers and also designed few for myself like travel portals and business directories. Later lack of time made me go away with the idea and started building websites for small business houses which was more convenient for me.

Later Forming xKmph.com made me work as a full time Web Designer and Community Manager.
